Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package take-out food for customers
  • Portion and wrap food items to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet quality standards
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a fast-paced environment
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet quality standards
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail to ensure the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.
