Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food items to order, including burgers, fries, and salads.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe food preparation and service environment, adhering to McDonald's food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain open communication to address customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
