As a Field Sales Account Manager at PandaPay®, you will be instrumental in optimizing electronic payment acceptance and driving revenue growth for our clients. Your role will be characterized by delivering insightful information, expert advice, and professional presentations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through diverse methods, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Effectively oversee the sales pipeline and prospect opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Present high-quality solutions and introduce PandaPay® offerings by adhering to our established sales processes.
  • Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients to foster mutual success.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through active participation and collaboration.
  • Engage in all team meetings, training sessions, and virtual gatherings.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales related to payment processing technology, point of sale (POS) systems, or merchant solutions in the electronic payments sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with large Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) in the payments industry is a plus.
  • A current network of potential clients is advantageous.
  • A strong drive to exceed sales targets is essential.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to independently source opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize activities without close supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced payment processing environment.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Effective in engaging clients through various communication channels.
  • Commitment to attending all team meetings and company events.
  • A strong work ethic and determination to succeed are crucial.
  • Adherence to the company's Core Values is required.
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
  • Senior Advisor Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
  • Indirect Compensation: Approximately $10,000.00 per year, including vehicle, fuel, mobile phone, and internet allowances.
  • Commission & Residual: Estimated based on average performance; OTE $125,000.00 (Year 1) - OTE $155,000.00 (Year 2)
