About the Job

Adecco Canada is currently hiring temporary Full-Time Counterbalance operators with clamp truck experience in a warehouse environment.

Job Summary

This role requires experienced counterbalance operators with clamp truck experience to move stock around the warehouse from incoming to outgoing shipment and place in aisles to be put away.

Responsibilities
  • Drive machinery on a daily basis to move products in the facility
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • Bend, twist, reach all required movements
  • Pick products onto a skid
  • Move large quantities of stock using a counterbalance/clamp truck
  • Work in a safe manner in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Have a reliable source of transportation
  • Organizational know-how
  • Good communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Experience in a warehouse as a picker/packer, warehouse worker, general labor or laborer would be an asset
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Previous experience using a clamp truck
  • Experience with lifts with counterbalance and clamp trucks required
