Job Summary
We are seeking a Store Associate to join our team in London on Huron St. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, accurately recording customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Accurately record customer transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed
- Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards
- Perform cycle counts as required
- Ensure compliance with all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery
- Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule
A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

While performing the duties of this job, you can expect to:
- Stand and/or walk

- Operate equipment, including using a ladder
Keyholder Premium (If Applicable)
Opening and closing the store on an ad hoc basis, including running register reports, ensuring all areas are tidy, and ensuring all Associates have completed their end of shift tasks.
Employee Universal Accountabilities
Ensures a high level of customer service, ensures health and safety policies and guidelines are followed, ensures Loss prevention best practices are followed, ensures compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery, and ensures emergency protocols are followed.
