Retail Store Manager

Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent, part-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
