Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
