Brandt is on the lookout for a Parts Product Manager specializing in Used/Reman & Powertrain to drive the growth and advancement of our product line. This role is crucial for enhancing sales and profitability within the specified commodity. You will collaborate closely with Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Parts Managers to implement Brandt's customer initiatives. As the go-to expert on these parts, your knowledge and experience will be invaluable to both internal teams and customers alike.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans and annual business objectives
- Achieve targeted revenue and margin growth for Parts
- Implement goals outlined in the Annual Business Plan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the product group to enhance sales and profitability
- Act as a Product Expert and Resource Communicator
- Provide coaching and support to CSAs regarding relevant products
- Design and deliver training programs for CSAs, Parts, and Service Managers
- Manage relationships with vendors, including identifying and onboarding new suppliers
- Conduct market research on competitors, customer needs, pricing, and industry trends
- Analyze sales and margin data to uncover opportunities for CSAs and branches
- Identify and promote new product opportunities
- Encourage sales of both new and used parts
- Facilitate the development of an effective parts database
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Creative, self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines

- Experience in process design, development, and management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in product support, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service. A proven track record in sales management is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a motivated team. A relevant educational background in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and experience, along with a history of successful relationship building and sales, will be considered.
