About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at JVR Landscape (2006) INC. as a Landscape Labourer - Grounds Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that our clients' properties are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the grounds, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment, including landscape maintenance equipment, to ensure that it is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including on-site customer service and responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
