- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, managing stockroom operations and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
