Key Responsibilities
  1. Uphold the values and expectations of the company through professional conduct.
  2. Engage in programming, implementation, and troubleshooting of PLCs, robots, and HMIs.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment.
  4. Perform repairs on various machinery.
  5. Design and maintain electrical schematics.
  6. Assist in establishing and maintaining programming and electrical standards.
  7. Ensure proper upkeep of all programming software and hardware.
  8. Complete all necessary work orders and documentation.
  9. Enhance equipment reliability and operational uptime.
  10. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  11. Monitor weld quality and perform necessary adjustments.
  12. Suggest modifications to machinery and components for optimal production.
  13. Troubleshoot robotic systems and welding controls.
  14. Operate lifting equipment as needed.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is required, along with a Technician or Technologist diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics and Automation, or Mechatronics.
