About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Magna. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our equipment meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to safety, quality, flexibility, and throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish process parameters and procedural requirements to police conformance
  • Develop, analyze, and implement continuous improvement ideas to meet long-term customer required cost reductions and maintain profitability
  • Coordinate and assist in activities for successful attainment of customer quality milestones
  • Assist in setting up preventative/predictive maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate all required actions to resolve quality issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical/Manufacturing/Integrated/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable work-related experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement and troubleshooting within a manufacturing or industrial setting
