- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize stock levels.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Develop Equipment Maintenance Schedules: Create and manage equipment maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Direct Quality Control Inspections: Oversee quality control inspections to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Lead Employee Training and Development: Train and develop employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Manage Departmental Budget: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the chemical industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
