We are a fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition and Inventory Management

We are looking for someone to manage our food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to provide our customers with a high-quality dining experience.

Staff Supervision and Training

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Quality Control and Assurance

We expect our Food Service Supervisor to ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

You will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Communication and Teamwork

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to communicate effectively with our staff, management, and customers, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Restaurant environment

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Personal Suitability
