Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Ridge Accounting Services Inc. as a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to colleagues and clients.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, as required, to management and other stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
