About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VM MOBITECH INC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Sales Transactions: Operate a cash register, process sales transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Display and Restocking: Assist in displaying and restocking merchandise, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Data Entry and Inventory Control: Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist in inventory control processes.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
