  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.

    • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
