CRH Canada is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team in Concord, ON. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for compiling and creating financial reports, presentations, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations, reports, and presentations.
  • Support management on ad-hoc financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting relative to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
  • Execute month-end activities for closing the accounting periods in a timely manner.
  • Provide commentary on variances against forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
Requirements:
  • Working towards degree with specialization in accounting or business administration.
  • Enrolled or interested in CPA program.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manipulate large data sets and develop charts/graphs.
  • Proven understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-review.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
