Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JIM & DON INVESTMENTS LTD. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting
    • Retail business environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
