Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 11-15 team members, including cashiers, grocery clerks, shelf stockers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising practices.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
- Security and Safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, team player.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
