Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, including kitchen and food service helpers, to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure we have enough stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, including food order summaries for the chef.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, including kitchen and food service helpers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
