Product Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Guide at Arc'teryx. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a Best-in-Class Brand Experience: Share technical product knowledge with guests, provide solutions to their needs, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Build Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products and integrate this knowledge into guest interactions in an authentic and engaging way.
- Champion the Brand: Represent Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador, both in-store and in the community, to promote our values and products.
- Support Guest Development: Collaborate with the store leadership team to elevate the guest experience through various projects and initiatives.
- Provide Feedback and Insights: Offer constructive feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a Positive Team Environment: Foster an open and collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership to achieve common goals.
- Support Store Operations: Participate in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team, including receiving and unpacking inventory.
- Passion for Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving: Take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
