Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Miami Beauty Supply. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing store inventory, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
