Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Miami Beauty Supply. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing store inventory, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other store metrics as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
