Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process and manage client requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Communicate file updates to internal and external partners using internal computer systems.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, escalating any issues to the department manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Mortgage administration experience or a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk diploma would be an asset.
  • Exceptional phone manner with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
