The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating partnerships with external partners and fitness program leads, as well as drafting rental contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fitness and wellness programs that align with the college's strategic plan
  • Recruit, supervise, and train staff to deliver high-quality programs
  • Coordinate partnerships with external partners and fitness program leads
  • Draft rental contracts and ensure compliance with college policies
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the fitness and wellness programs are safe for all users
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-year diploma/degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a fitness-related facility
  • Thorough knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree in Sport Management, Kinesiology, or a related field
  • Experience in wellness programming and team building facilitation
  • Leadership experience in a post-secondary environment
