Job Title: Senior Test Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to join our team at Maarut Inc. As a Senior Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases for system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead and manage testing efforts across large and complex systems, including both GUI and non-GUI environments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on application quality and project timelines.
  • Develop and utilize automated testing tools, particularly Selenium WebDriver, and manage version control systems across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure software and systems testing aligns with public sector regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams to ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creating testing strategy documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data, to validate both technical and business functional requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts across large and complex systems, including both GUI and non-GUI environments.
  • Proficient in Identity & Access Management frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and in front-end UI testing of Angular Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases for system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ONE ID for authentication and access management.
  • Experience in testing the integration of healthcare systems with OntarioMD's Health Report Manager (HRM), including report validation, and troubleshooting report submission issues.
