Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading and managing testing efforts, as well as strong technical expertise in automated testing tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of testing strategies and plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with project managers and stakeholders to align with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases for system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Execute functional, non-functional, and systems-level integration tests, and support and actively participate in UAT to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creating testing strategy documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data, to validate both technical and business functional requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts across large and complex systems, including both GUI and non-GUI environments.
  • Proficient in Identity & Access Management frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and in front-end UI testing of Angular Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases for system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong expertise in executing functional, non-functional, and systems-level integration tests, and in supporting and actively participating in UAT to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, tools, and structured methodologies across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in planning and executing various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, load testing, and performance testing, ensuring alignment with QA best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ONE ID for authentication and access management.
  • Experience in testing the integration of healthcare systems with OntarioMD s Health Report Manager (HRM), including report validation, and troubleshooting report submission issues.
