Peak Season Driver Helper Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems within our operation. As a Peak Season Driver Helper Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day communication and training of newly hired Peak Season Driver Helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing needs as volume fluctuates to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Train and onboard new Driver Helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Resolve questions or concerns as they arise, providing timely and effective support to our team members.
  • Liaise between Supervisor Group and Driver Helpers reporting to this position to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interactive communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

Work Environment:

This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours, with a start time of 8:00 and finish time of 16:30, Monday to Friday. The position is required from the beginning of October through mid-January.
