Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining essentials in preparation for service.
  • Linen Management: Carry and replace linens as needed to maintain a tidy dining space.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation Support: Load buspans and trays for efficient service.
  • Storage Organization: Properly place dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Supply Replenishment: Ensure condiments and other supplies are adequately stocked at tables and serving areas.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. The ability to work under pressure is essential to meet the demands of the kitchen and dining areas.

Physical Requirements

Employees in this position should be capable of handling weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
