Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Transdev Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting for Transdev West.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Oversee the review of working papers, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess data quality, streamline data flows, and enhance processes.
  • Develop and review financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and mid-year forecasting.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
