Scope of the Position:

As a Quotations Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotations to customers for various products and projects. You'll work closely with vendors to request pricing and communicate with sales reps to ensure seamless follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize quotation requests from customers and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing information.
  • Update records for each project quoted and maintain a calendar of upcoming projects.
  • Prepare bids on projects and manage contracts entered into by the company.
  • Participate in customer meetings and supplier meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; University/College Diploma an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Up to 3 years related experience; product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
