Job Title: Post Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, selling postal products and services, and sorting and distributing mail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
  • Sort and distribute mail to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide customers with information and forms
  • Address delivery and service difficulties to resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business administration or customer service
  • Ability to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to changing priorities
