Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Metier Schema Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Plan Development Projects: Plan and execute development projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Recruit and hire staff to support business growth and expansion.
  • Respond to Enquiries: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
  • Conduct Surveys: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Design market research questionnaires to gather data on consumer behavior.
  • Develop Portfolio: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth and expansion.
  • Design Research Projects: Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia to promote business growth and expansion.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Consult with Clients: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet business objectives.
