We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc.

Job Summary:

The Carpenter will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites
  • Survey building locations and levels
  • Supervise other workers

  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
