Carpenter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at HIMCAN CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare building layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
  • Surveying building locations and levels.
  • Estimating costs and materials.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Requirements:
  • Bondable.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Large workload.
