Support organizational leaders in navigating intricate financial challenges.

This position is integral to the finance team at Intello Technologies Inc., which delivers financial guidance primarily to internal stakeholders within the marketing and sales divisions, serving as a reliable partner in driving substantial business growth.

We analyze, review, and communicate monthly financial data to corporate finance and our internal partners.

Our team plays a crucial role in financial forecasting activities (budgeting, monthly projections, and strategic assessments), ensuring that marketing strategies and other key initiatives are accurately represented.

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will act as a trusted financial consultant and business ally, assisting leaders and their teams in achieving their objectives while adhering to financial targets.

You will collaborate within a dynamic finance team and work closely with the planning and marketing departments to influence business decision-making.

In this capacity, you will support a rapidly expanding portfolio with changing business requirements and enhance profitability by identifying revenue and operational optimization opportunities.

You will also engage in special projects related to products and clients within the SMB sector.
Deliver excellence in financial operations by managing the SMB wireless financials for revenues, key performance indicators, and direct margin profit and loss – specifically, you will oversee Network Revenue (
~$700M annually for SMB), which involves analyzing post-pandemic travel and roaming trends, ensuring adequate revenue levels for IoT, mobile devices, and tablets, while applying precise IFRS15 accounting to allocate device subsidies to network service revenue amortization.
~ Serve as the lead analyst for SMB WLS profit and loss and the primary finance contact for all corporate and business inquiries, coordinating with IoT Finance and Planning, as well as WLS Planning & Pricing teams.
~ Provide decision-making support to our internal clients in marketing and sales by comprehending their business challenges and opportunities.
~ Oversee month-end closing activities, including transaction analysis and recording into the SMB WLS profit and loss statement.
~ Prepare monthly financial performance reports and conduct detailed variance analyses as needed.
~ Assist in leading and coordinating the forecasting, strategic planning, and annual budgeting processes.
~ Finance lead for new marketing initiatives requiring impact assessments, financial requirements, user acceptance testing, training for team members, and implementation.
~ Responsible for select balance sheet account reconciliations at month-end and/or quarter-end.
~ Support ad-hoc financial and operational analyses requested by senior management.
~ Demonstrate innovative and creative problem-solving skills, along with a strong sense of ownership and proactive approach.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
~ Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is considered an asset.
~ Proficiency in SQL/data visualization tools is also a plus.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
