The Role: Contract and Sales Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract and Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our customers, sales representatives, and nursery personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and contracts, including order processing, data entry, and customer communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and invoices.
- Prepare sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounts receivable management and revenue recognition.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Support Representatives and Nursery Personnel.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a sales or project-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of forestry, silviculture, and related industry practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
