The Role: Contract and Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract and Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our customers, sales representatives, and nursery personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales and contracts, including order processing, data entry, and customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and invoices.
  • Prepare sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounts receivable management and revenue recognition.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Support Representatives and Nursery Personnel.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a sales or project-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of forestry, silviculture, and related industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
