Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) system to ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with ISO certifications.
  • Assist project teams in implementing effective project management processes, including quality assurance, planning, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management systems tailored to client specifications.
  • Create and update design quality manuals, policies, and procedures in line with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct internal and second-party quality assurance audits to verify compliance with client and contract standards.
  • Address any identified non-conformities and client feedback through thorough investigations and corrective action plans.
  • Support project leadership in establishing and maintaining project risk registers and regularly supervising risk management activities.
  • Generate quality assurance reports and contribute to other project management documentation as required.
  • Ensure the quality compliance of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in engineering design or construction projects.
  • Experience in implementing corrective action programs is essential.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for data capture, analysis, and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
  • Certifications such as ASQ - Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
