Quality Assurance Lead

Plan Group is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Pembroke, ON. As a key member of our Energy Division, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Quality Assurance Program across various project sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Quality Assurance Plans, Procedures, and Processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and nonconformance records.
  • Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Interface with customers, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our Quality Assurance Program remains current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the nuclear industry, with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as required.
