Job Title: Drywall Installer

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at PEI INC. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and sanding seams and joints to create smooth surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Supervise other workers and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Apply coats of plaster and smooth surfaces
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for installation
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets
  • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
  • Attach metal or gypsum lath to studs or furring
  • Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
Requirements:
  • Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Client focus, flexibility, and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
