As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our office staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
