We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Param's Quick Lube and Repairs. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our office staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and technical problems.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
