Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to join our sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Authorize Payments: Oversee the authorization of payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Return and Refund Policy: Establish and enforce return and refund policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing losses.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient use of staff resources and minimizing conflicts.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, requiring flexibility and stamina.
- Accurate and Reliable: Demonstrate accuracy and reliability in all aspects of the job, including financial transactions and customer interactions.
