Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance our Retail Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors to meet and exceed lead generation objectives. This position demands strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to cultivate a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster success and performance within your team by embodying the core values and methodologies of Andersen Corp.
  • Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators for the team.
  • Manage daily operations and assess team performance.
  • Conduct weekly field evaluations and report metrics to the Non-Traditional Management team and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with Retail Partners.
  • Identify training requirements and provide on-site coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Training Supervisor to address additional training needs.
  • Gather feedback from team members and Retail Partners to resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Create a motivating and healthy work environment.
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings to discuss team progress.
  • Lead weekly debrief sessions with your team.
  • Visit assigned retail locations on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work Thursday through Monday.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a structured sales environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • University diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Proficient in tracking and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and cultivate a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in math and computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $21 plus monthly bonuses.
  • $100 monthly allowance for cell phone expenses.
  • Reimbursement for mileage.
