Role Responsibilities:Project Context
The role is part of a multi-year initiative aimed at enhancing IT service management through the implementation of a cloud-based solution powered by ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring optimal processes are in place.
- Implement and refine HAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are preferred.
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management.
- Proven track record in managing hardware assets effectively.
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow HAM module, including asset discovery and reporting.
Client Interaction Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or higher is advantageous.
This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract. The expected work hours are 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate.
