Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Financial Product vertical in Calgary, AB. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative financial services products, and driving growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Neo's overall strategy
- Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams to build world-class financial services products
- Engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps
- Own the execution of product projects, prioritizing tasks, and managing release management
- Communicate product developments to stakeholders, working closely with marketing, operations, finance, and compliance teams
- Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience in software products
- Ability to execute high-value projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Passion for building world-class products with a world-class team
- Experience working in financial technology companies or banking is an asset
