Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Revenue Growth Strategist is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and optimize revenue operations for Trulioo. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue generation, empowering revenue teams with the necessary tools and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue acceleration
  • Design and implement revenue operations processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership teams and stakeholders to align on business objectives and strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals to drive excellence and growth
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
  • Develop and maintain a revenue operations roadmap to support quarterly and annual business objectives
  • Provide forecasting and recommendations to amplify revenue growth and team success
  • Design and implement territory planning and quota setting strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge hubs to support self-serve access and team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations leadership, preferably in high-growth technology companies with a usage-based revenue model
  • Substantial experience with Salesforce and other sales and business intelligence tools
  • Proven ability to drive and develop successful revenue operations teams and create strong cross-functional relationships and workflows
  • Experience in usage-based revenue models and revenue growth strategies
  • Curious and passionate about building data-driven organizations
  • Analytical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Strong eye for detail

Compensation:

Annual Salary $180,000—$210,000 CAD
