Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand future demand and develop accurate forecasts
  • Create and maintain demand plans, including identifying and mitigating risks
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and consensus on demand planning strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or operations research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with demand planning software
