Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our food service operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively and ensure high standards of food preparation and service.

Job Details
  • Salary: $18.00 hourly / 80 to 85 hours bi-weekly
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Experience Required

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various culinary styles.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure quality control.
  • Manage the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
