SAP Functional Analyst, Transportation Management

CB Canada is looking for a skilled SAP Functional Analyst specializing in Transportation Management for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with system integrators in project environments to ensure that SAP solutions in the Transportation Management domain align with business needs, maintain high integration standards, adhere to SAP best practices, and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Engage in activities such as gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing solutions, drafting specifications, and configuring within an S/4 framework.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop SAP solutions that fulfill organizational goals.
  • Assess the best strategies to create and implement necessary functionalities from financial, architectural, and operational viewpoints.
  • Take ownership of solution design and supervise development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and execute testing plans, and/or evaluate results, to confirm that solutions meet their intended purpose.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional solution design and implementation.
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP Transportation Management and its integrations with S/4 and EWM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively and facilitate resolutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong facilitation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • A proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring colleagues.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
